Adaptive sport isn’t
the sideline.
A division most people have never heard of, competed in by athletes who train just as hard as anyone else on the competition floor.

Visibility changes who shows up.
Every adaptive athlete who gets airtime, sponsorship, or a spot on a competition livestream makes it a little easier for the next person to walk into a gym and see themselves in the sport. That’s most of why this site exists.

Building the pathway, not just competing in it.
Coaching CrossFit Kids is, in a real sense, the same project as competing: building pathways into fitness for people the mainstream industry wasn’t built around.
Same standard, different body
Adaptive divisions aren’t a discount. They’re a rebuild of the standard around a different set of constraints.
Classify it properly
Fair competition starts with getting the division right. I’ve appealed twice to make that point.
Put it on the livestream
Visibility is the pathway. Nobody signs up for a division they’ve never seen.
